Anyone have the new Sony SXRD? I have a few questions.

When turning the power button on, it takes a good minute or so to come on. It even did it with the demo in the store. Whats up with that?

When switching from normal television over to DVD, I have to use the TV/VIDEO button and go thru all the vidio modes to get to DVD. Is there a short cut?

That would be the lamp warming up. SxRD is a video-projector-in-a-box.

As for the input selection. Maybe the guys in the "Remotes.." section can help you with some macros/universal remotes/codes etc...?

(I do have to say that's one thing I REALLY love about my Hitachi, discrete input buttons! :T Why ALL manufacturers don't do that, I'll never know :roll: )
