    possible antenna issue Mitsubishi 52525

So, the other day, my comcast cable channels all start showing up snowy. I can see the picture, but lots of snow on the screen. I have the cable directly plugged into the tv. They don't get the wb HD channel, so I went out and bought an over the air antenna for that channel. That antenna seems to have lost the ability to get any channels pretty much at all. So, has anyone heard of the antenna failing on this model. The cable guy came out and said that it was the wires going through the house, and we tried fixing half of it, but didn't have time for the rest. I can get one of the HD channels now and the snow is a little less dense, but I still have the problem. any suggestions?

Could just need re-aiming, could be bad wiring, could be a bad antenna.... hard to say.

Though on HD channels the pic should never go "snowy". Digital pictures break up but don't snow. That's an analog problem. What about the interconnects to the TV any interference on them possibly?

I purchased a Radioshack UHF/VHF HDTV #15-1880 antenna, and initially connected it to the antenna 2 (input #7) of my Toshiba 57HX93 TV. When I went to setup to configure this input, no channels were found. have been unable to find anything at all in the Toshiba manual about this tuner and...

      HDTV Antenna Web
      by Lex
Guys, I happened across this link, and was quite surprised to find that I could actually receive 2 HDTV providing channels with a medium size antenna. There are no local stations sending an HD signal. It is possible Icould be blocked out by a ridge, dunno for sure. But it actually could work.

      Hi,

I JUST got my 42" plasma flat panel HD tv (Magnavox 42FM230A), mounted on the wall, looks great with DVDs. According to Antennaweb.org I'm about 21 miles from my local HD stations transmitters. The previous owners of this house had a DirectTV dish and LEFT it mounted on...

      Hi All,

I just purchased a Mitsubishi WD-62525. I am having some problems with sound and picture. On some channels I get a static noise, this maybe due to a crappy power strip I am going to investigate this further. My main issues is the bad picture in cable. I have basic cable and...
