My tv does not turn on. It attempt then goes black with no sound or video. Only the little red LED power light blinks on and off. Anyone have the same issue.

I've seen this issue by other owners of Panasonic plasmas, apparently if the TV is not getting enough voltage it shuts itself down, try testing your line to make sure you're getting 120 volts. I read that the TV will shut off if it is receiving 75 volts or less
