my TV just went out today. It is a Pioneer SD-643HD5 (rear projection?). Power will turn on but it stays on stand by. I would really appreciate anybodies help to fix this. Thanks

Doesn't sound like anything we can fix from here sadly... Is it still under warranty? If so, contact your dealer and/or manufacturer for warranty service. Most places should be able to send someone out to look at it.
If it's out of warranty you should be able to find out from Pioneer's web page (or phone customer service) a local authorized repair centre
