Panasonic AE700 ceiling mount?

Can anyone recommend a ceiling mount that works well for a PT-AE700?

I read in another thread about a couple people that have them mounted inverted - is there 1 mount that is common or works best, and any suggestions on where to buy?

Sigh - obviously a newbie - so one has to buy a mount & then also buy some sort of a pipe that connects into the mount & presumably a plate for the ceiling? The mounts don't come as some kind of a kit that includes all?

An initial look at the mount site didn't seem to show any pipes/plates to attach to the mount.

Welcome James,

Most projector ceiling mounts come complete with all of the hardware necessary for securing the projector to the ceiling.

Chief, Peerless, and Premier are the top brands, and they make mounts for most all models of current projectors.

It should be fairly easy to find a good mount for the PT-AE700 because it is a very popular projector (for good reason).

On my projector mount you screw the projector into the mounting plate, then secure the top mounting plate to the ceiling, and then a threaded post connects the two pieces together. Having a professional mount allows excellent adjustability for image height, alignment and pitch.
