    HEIST

Heist, saw it on the shelf as a pre-owned at a local drug store. (Go figure).

Gene Hackman in it, hey, he's pretty good I said, so I gave it a shot.

I won't go into details, except to say, it was an ok transfer, DD track. But the movie was pretty fun, and had a few unexpected twists about it, that kept it entertaining. For 15 bucks, not a bad edition to the collection.

If you see it around cheap, give it a run, you might like it.

Lex, when this one first came out I rented it. I liked it so much I later bought at BB as a previously viewed titles for $14. I loved the twists and turns to the plot and laughed my ass off at Danny Devito even though he wasn't supposed to be funny. Hackman just gets better and better, doesn't he. And although many don't share my opinion, I really think Rebecca Pidgeon is HOT.

Yeah, the twists and turns really kept me interested the whole movie. Your right, Devito is funny even when not trying. Even dying he's funny, ha.

Yeah, Gene is a seasoned Vet. Great job, as the tough guy.

Rebecca, hot in a back alley sort of way i think. She was at times hotter than others in the flick. But she fit the part perfectly.

Heist was better than I expected
        by George Bellefontaine
I was expecting a clone of The Score and though there were some similarities, Heist was a very different take on the " one last job" plot. There was certainly plenty of good dialogue ( this is a David Mamet film), some excellent acting all around ( especially by Danny Devito) and plenty of...

Inside Man - latest Heist film
        by Shane Martin
Heist films are usually a dud and tend to be a bit comical at times but this one is completely different. I knew it would be as soon as the "Spike Lee Joint" sign pops up during the opening sequence. Spike Lee usually does pieces about racism and human element type pieces but here he does...

        Gene Simmons Family Jewels
        by ahcryky
Just wondering if anyone has watched this show. I know there are tons of reality shows on t.v and most people either love them or hate them. But like The Osbournes, or Hogan Knows Best, with the family being filmed, I just have to watch. I've always enjoyed listening to Gene on talk show like Stern...

Femme Fatale is a recent suspense thriller written and directed by Brian DePalma. It stars Rebecca Romijn-Stamos and Antonio Banderas. It starts off great with a nail-biting jewellery heist. Rebecca is a major player in the heist and she must go on the lam after things go terribly wrong. Thus follows...
