I got the video capture/directv part of my htpc ironed out just in time for this HBO miniseries.
I ordered HBO and will cancel it right after this is over.
Is it all worth it??? YES!!!
This story has been the perfect 2 hour diversion.
In a strange way it ties in with the events of the last two days, it is a wonderful reminder of who we are, and how we've arrived at this time and place. A story of great courage and sacrifice.
Highly recommended, if you have anyway to get HBO, they seem to be showing it every night.
It looks as though we'll get 2 episodes per week, this week being the first & second.
Time well spent, you won't be sorry.
P.S. After the first two episodes, the half hour making of is pretty good too!
