Hereafter ( Clint Eastwood's latest ) stars Matt Damon and a french actress by the name of Cecile DeFrance. Damon had a near death experience as a child and since then had been " cursed " with the special power of being able to connect with the dead. DeFrance also has a near death experience during a tsunami, which, by the way, was frighteningly realistic. The story moves very slowly, but this is normal for character-driven films. Still, how two unhappy people, who have something in common, finally meet is well worth the watch. A good rental, but probably not one most would buy.
Hereafter slow moving but worth a watch

by David MeekAmused To Death? What a title. I was browsing Best Buy yesterday and picked up this very interesting CD from Roger Waters of Pink Floyd fame. If you are a fan of The Wall you'll like this disc, too.
