    Hannibal Rising had its moments...

    ... but in the end, I felt it was like one overlylong flashback. Glad I only rented it. And sheesh, I sure they could have found an actor that looked more like a young Anthony Hopkins. This young Hannibal Lecter was downright ugly.

    I had some reserves about seeing this one. I felt that I would miss Jodie Foster. I was wrong.

    This movie best the original imo. Not taking anything from the "Lambs" but, Hannibal seemed to got that step further as a good movie should.

    Superior acting, great story,...
