    Inside Man

Watched this today and thought it was quite good. Couple of twists at the end that I didn't see coming. Denzel did a good job as usual, but I thought he looked a little uncomfortable in a couple of scenes as though he was pressing a little. Thought he was better in Training Day and Man on Fire, etc. Never the less he's still a quality actor and always entertaining.
The rest of the cast was good as well.

Glad to hear the good review. I was interested in buying it, but haven't heard a single review from friends or tv, so I wasn't sure. One good review is good enough. Must go to Best Buy now.

I thought this movie was very good. Clive Owen, Denzel and Jodie Foster were great. Too bad Willem Defoe didn't have more of a role. He's one of my favorite actors (ever since Sgt. Elias in Platoon).

I enjoyed this movie, as well, nice twist and turns in the plot. It must have been pretty good, my wife actually watched it for the second time. Definitely worth a rental. Four stars out of Five.

          Peace and blessings,

It was certainly OK. Worth the rental. I really enjoyed the bass on the opening music and music over the credits.

Just bought it and watched it. Good movie. I didn't personally like the ending, but it was a good ending. Definitely a good movie to go on the DVD rack.

It was surprising to me that a Hollywood movie was using a popular song from a 1998 Indian movie (DIL SE), it was slightly remixed for the opening title.

You can download the MP3 version from here (song no 11, under Indian songs).

As for the movie, I would call it only a suspense drama movie.

I must add that I loved Jodie Foster's character! One of my favorite characters that she has played.

Watched this last night. A good movie and worth the rental for sure. Sountrack was pretty good and was scripted well also.

I agree with pretty much all points raised here and would add that it was nice to see an aged but still kicking it Christoper Plummer. This added to an already strong cast made for a good Thursday night movie.

I liked the twists but my rental did not have and of the deleted scenes - so would be interested to hear what they were.....!

Bought this previously viewed and even though there a lots of plot twists, it will have plenty of rewatchability for me because of the actors involved. Jody really looked hot in this movie, too.

That she did! I must say that I never found her 'hot' in previous movies, however I did in this one....!

I think it was the way she was dressed, Vincent. I don't remember seeing her dolled up like she was in Inside Man and wearing spiked heels, too. She usually dresses rather drab and in slacks or pantsuits.

When you mentioned Christopher Plummer it reminded me of another one of my favorite movies that he starred in with Elliott Gould called "The Silent Partner" (1978). Ironically this is also a movie about a bank robbery. And it also has some great plot twists and is very cleverly written. Although it's a bit older (kinda like me) I highly recommend it if you enjoy this type of suspenseful movie. :T
