    The Terminal

Great film, one of the best flicks of 2004 (IMHO).

You just can't go wrong with Hanks/Spielberg.

    :4: out of :5:

    Nick,
That was a pretty good movie and only Tom Hanks could have pulled it off. :T

Wow, I generally agree with you, but I thought the movie was pretty silly. Boring also comes to mind.

I had heard mixed reviews of the Terminal, so happy to see that some people liked it. It's currently in my NetFlix queue...

It was definitely worth a watch, but unlike Nick I can only give it :25: out of :5:. I'm a fan of both Tom Hanks and Catherine Zeta-Jones and enjoyed their performances, but overall there was just something lacking.

I haven't heard much good about this flick so I never did bother to rent it.

In 1975 I was working on a film in Alabama being directed by a young Steven Spielberg. It was a difficult story to get on film because in those days if you wanted something in the picture you had to actually figure out a way to photograph it. You couldn't just go into a computer and spit out a cartoon...
