I've been reading about all this stuff about Tom Cruise's movie studio supposedly doctoring historical images to promote this movie Valkyrie (turns out it was completely bogus, Slate.com reported it first and it's blatantly false) but it made me go watch the trailer, and WOW. I'm so blown away by it... I'm generally not a war movie person, but this looks more like an intrigue/thriller film, and it looks amazing! Can't wait for more trailers... it's coming out in February now, so I'm looking forward to it!

There's an interesting interview with one of the supporting cast: http://www.star-ecentral.com/news/st...431&sec=movies
Seems like an interesting guy. Also, Kenneth Branagh is gonna be in it, and he can be pretty fantastic.
I'm interested to find out how historically accurate it is, too. I'm sure it's somewhat sensationalized, to make into a good film, but Tom Cruise tends to take these things pretty seriously (and it's his production company and all) so I imagine it'll stick pretty close to the true story. Either way, I'm anxious to see it. If nothing else it'll stir up interest in the history of it!"We have so much time and so little to do. by greenhornFirst of all, I am a big Tom Petty Fan, I have every disc up until “Let Me Up – I’ve Had Enough”. After that the appeal waned, although I do think everything before that was outstanding… even Southern Accents.
