I've seen the trailers and was wondering if it would be worth a viewing on the big screen.

I'm sure they can shoot, but the question is can they actually hit anything?

So sounds like one of those movies with a lot of gunplay and many bullets flying with the inability to actually hit their target. Of course our hero has the uncanny abaility to actually hit every thing he intends to hit?

Could be my kind of brainless movie.

I saw it and if I had known, I would have waited for the DVD. It is indeed a "brainless movie". However, I also have seen 3:10 to Yuma, which is an excellent film.

      Peace and blessings,

Oh, yeah. I am actually thinking about going to the crumby local cineplex to see it . If I don't you can be sure it will end up in my collection, right alongside the original 1957 version that starred Glenn Ford and Van Heflin.

Agreed, a very silly movie, however it was humorous and entertaining.

                I've seen worse I guess.

Watched it on Bluray last night. Beautiful picture with jaw-dropping detail especially in the outdoor scenes. The story line is the same as the 1957 released original where Glen Ford played Wade the outlaw and Van Heflin was Dan the poor rancher who takes on the job of escorting Wade to the 3:10 train...

Rotel RSX-1055 hit by power surge
                    by paulpegg
A few days ago a sudden storm and nearby lightning hit caused a power failure with a big boom, outside where the lightning hit and inside through the speakers in my system. The plasma screen also went pure white before going down. When the power was restored, everything worked except there was no audio...

                    What is a "Sleeper Hit"?
                    by Gordon Moore
You see the term "Sleeper" referred to some movies. I was just curious as to the definition.

Pirates is being referred to as a "sleeper hit".

Is it a movie that beats the odds?

                    cheers,

                    Gord
