I've seen the trailers and was wondering if it would be worth a viewing on the big screen.
I'm sure they can shoot, but the question is can they actually hit anything?
So sounds like one of those movies with a lot of gunplay and many bullets flying with the inability to actually hit their target. Of course our hero has the uncanny abaility to actually hit every thing he intends to hit?

I saw it and if I had known, I would have waited for the DVD. It is indeed a "brainless movie". However, I also have seen 3:10 to Yuma, which is an excellent film.

do not rent, buy or see this frackin dvd!!!! i thought the DTS-ES would help, but it's still crap :M -
Watched it on Bluray last night. Beautiful picture with jaw-dropping detail especially in the outdoor scenes. The story line is the same as the 1957 released original where Glen Ford played Wade the outlaw and Van Heflin was Dan the poor rancher who takes on the job of escorting Wade to the 3:10 train... -

You see the term "Sleeper" referred to some movies. I was just curious as to the definition.
Pirates is being referred to as a "sleeper hit".
Is it a movie that beats the odds?
