    Transporter 2

If you liked the first one, this one is every MORE over the top. The acting is still bad and the story is still paper thin but it is a blast to watch. You won't be looking at your watch. It really is just an extension of the first movie.

ONLY worth a purchase if you bought the first one otherwise rent when it comes out. Can't really recommend anybody blow $5-7 on a matinee for it. I got in for free due to a movie coupon.

I enjoyed the first one, strictly a brain dump movie. I expected more of the same with this one as well. I will heed your advice and wait for the rental.

    Peace and blessings,

I also got in free and it was well worth it. HAR! I have the first on Disk and will get this one as well. Sure, everyting is unbeleiveable but isn't that what makes it so great! It's purely entertainment.

Seeing on the big screen won't be as fun as at home for fella's like you.

The sound track on the first one is pretty sweet.

I'll stop rambling about this oddly great movie...

Well it wasn't free for me, did a dinner and movie deal so the tickets were cheaper.

I had fun! Do not try and think too hard and beleive everything that is being said.

I loved the Audi placements, I'm an Audi fan, so that helps.

The big screen makes the difference. I'll buy the DVD.

For those looking for a synopsis.

Our ever eager driver is now employeed to drive a young boy too and from school. He's doing a favour for a friend. Well he's the very sensitive man and avoids having the young boy see his parents fighting when he pulls into the big house. The wife is grateful and asks a favour. Can he drive the son to the doctor's tomorrow? Sure thing.

Now husband is a bit ticked, he works hard putting the drug lords away and when he gets home, he finds his wife flirting with the driver and he doesn't even know his son.

Well the fun starts at the doctors the next day. Some bad guys are in to get the boy and get to the father. Well, the driver being the ever observant fellow, notices that the nurse at the front counter is just looking too hot to be a nurse and that tattoo is a bit suspicious. Then all hell breaks loose. Keep the boy safe, kill a few bad guys and go off driving.

Lots of other stuff happen, so I won't ruin it for those that haven't seen it. Oh and there are car chases. :B

Rule One: Never change the deal.
            Rule Two: No names
Rule Three: Never look in the package.

Ah rules, they seem to need breaking all the time, don't they? Well I guess, if no one broke any rules, then we'd have no movie.

The transporter is a simple action...

I finally got around to watching The Transporter this weekend. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I enjoyed it a lot. Jason Statham plays Frank Martin, an ex-military guy that has "retired" to the coast of France. In truth, he's a "transporter" - he'll take...

            Hi,

I intend to buy a new hifi system based on B&W 802d speakers and CA-2200 amplifier. As I already owns a Slimdevices Transporter (high-end network player with great AD converter and volume control capabilities), I was curious to see the matching of the combo, especially by running...

This is not going to be a long review. In fact what can I say about a movie that I COULDN'T finish. Yep, I had to turn off the movie. Let me begin by saying I love movies that are Stunt and Fight oriented. As a child I dreamt of being a stuntman. But I digress.

            The story concept was...

I picked up the blu-ray last week and got to watch it the other day.

The movie itself was much better than the second one. Still exaggerated, but not as unrealistic as the second movie. I enjoyed it.

The part that stood out to me was the picture quality. This is easily...
