HELP! rsp 1066 Installation Stalling: Can't get past the status menu!

Hi,

Well, I'm off to a bad start with highly anticipated 1066, can't get past the 'status menu' in installation. It states that I need to push the 'ent'-button (enter) but all that happens when I push that button is the message 'EQ cinema on'. When I push it again it says 'EQ cinema off'.

I WANT THE MAIN MENU :evil:

Anybody a tip? Maybe the problem is in the remote? I've a 1050 instead of the 969 stated in the manual!

Sounds like there is a difference in the IR codes....

Already did the remote 'reset' & 'preload' - routine, no effect...

Be sure you press the AUD button first on your remote, a very simple thing the some of us overlooked.

Thanks for the tip! However, I was aware of that. So, I keep switching on and off the Cinema EQ mode...What a bummer... :cry:

Dennis ask your dealer for another remote and see if that fix's the problem...and also take your remote to your dealer to see if it does the same thing on their units.
