    Want to add a LCD to RSP -1066

    I have found a video screen that I want to hook up to my RSP-1066.

    Anyone else done this before?

    What else do I need to make the screen work besides a power source?

      Just a quick thought, I would ensure it had both s-video and composite video connections.

          It has a composite input.

          I was going to use it for my preamp settings window....., bass, speaker level, etc..

              I won a 5-6" Colour LCD off eBay for $60 that I use for this exact purpose. Nifty. You should keep your eyes peeled and see what pops up on eBay.

                      having ht equiptment on stand by mode draws electricity. if i unplugged the power strip from the wall, how long will a rotel rsp 1068 & 1066 store it's info????

                      i use the 1066 every day but the 1068, twice a week.
