    Congrats to Marty (RMB-1075)

    Congrats to Marty on his new addiction(I mean addition) a sparkling new 1075.
    I've been telling Marty about Rotel gear for a few months now and he's been lurking around club Rotel for awhile.
    On Saturday he took the plunge on what I'm sure will be his first of many Rotel products.
    Congrats on your new amp Marty and enjoy!(I know you love it cus you can't stop talking about it) :T
    P.S. Post some pics if you can pull yourself away from your system long enough!!

                      Stick to RSX1065 or go to 1055/1075 separates?

                      I guess I'd like to hear/learn advices/experiences from those who have gone this route.

                      That is, stick with the RSX1066, or exchange it for the RSX1055/RMB1075 combo? I bought it from Myer-Emco so I can do the exchange with no penalty.

                      The reason I'm contemplating this...

                      Opponents were TAG, Myryad, Arcam, Cyrus, Primare, Marantz

                      These brands may not be well known in North America but here, in Europe, they are usualy considered...

                      Upgrading RMB1075

                      I currently have the Rotel RMB1075 and wish to upgrade. My choices are (1) keep the 1075 and buy a Rotel RB1080 for my fronts (Paradigm Studio 60s) , or (2) trade in the 1075 on a RMB1095. Suggestions on the better option will be trule appreciated. I listen mostly to classical music (really).

                      I am looking to upgrade my speaker to 804S and HTM4 using the Rotel RMB1075/RSP1068 to drive it. I normally listen to CD (bypass mode) and DVD concert music. Anyone know whether he rotel rmn 1075 can drive the 804S. I also have a REL 201 sub in my system. When I listen to the 804S speaker...

                      Has anyone noticed that there is a high pitched whine from the surround right channel from the RMB1075 during shutdown from the trigger? Nothing from the other channels, just sR, and very repeatable. It's like a capacitor discharging itself, just as the red lights go out.
