Having uploaded the images somewhere, you use the image tag (IMG) with the URL to put them in a post. If they're uploaded here as attachments, use the attachmentid. eg, this is the line, and use square brackets [] not <>Originally posted by Ken49rThank's. I wish I knew how to make the pictures bigger or get them to load directly into the thread.
<IMG>http://www.htguide.com/forum/attachment.php4?attachmentid=14041</IMG>
As for making the images bigger, you'll have to upload them somewhere else (like imageshack) as this forum only supports a certain size, and again use the IMG tag with the URL.

Hi Omar,Originally posted by styleHi Ken49r,
Nice setup :T
The rack is also very nice.
Only one thing: the TV is not too high?
At wich height it is located?
I have my plasma to 90cm. from the floor and I think already a litto too high...
greetings Omar
I agree my TV is a bit to high for comfortable viewing. It is 42 in. from the floor on a tilt wall mount. The angle at the viewing position is a little more than I prefer from when the TV sat on top of the rack stand.
At the time of installation I had the HTM7 which is 2 in. taller than the HTM4 and I wanted a little clearance from top of tweeter to bottom of TV.
This is only a temporary situation though as I am in an apartment and do plan to move soon, and to replace the rack with something a little more low profile.

Hello everyone my name is Brian, this is my first post here at Club Rotel. I'm very happy to be here. I fell in love with Rotel equipment when I purchased the RA-1062 and RCD-1072 player. I have sold those pieces and moved onto multi-channel. I use Ascend Acoustic speakers. I would love to used B&W speakers but they are bit to expensive for my budget. I have posted an extremely humble picture of my set up. I am awaiting the wonderful RMB-1075 to replace my extremely outdated RB-956AX.- Bottom

Hallo Mike,
GUUTT GEMACHT. :T
You have saved money and your new setup is nice.
well. I wait as promised the feed back from the new RMB power ampli(vs. the RB1092/1091 & pre 1570 too)
is a htm2D correct?
the cabinet is nice & clean. (if was a Classe like your dilemma the cabinet is too small-depth!!)

Style, danke! Genau, ein htm2d habe ich mir auch zugelegt.
The 1575 sounds much better (to my ears) than the 1092/1, so I'm very happy with the outcome. The 1092/1 were much too forward in the middle range for me. I'm also very happy with the 1570 - except for the now famous 3 second delay which will hopefully addressed in a firmware update. I realise the cabinet is too small for Classe, aber...

Not strictly side by side, but my impression is extremely good.Originally posted by Mig17Hi MJB
Have you compared the Performance of Rotel 1098 and Rotel 1570 ?
I'm not the sort able to write a multipage review over flowing with colourful adjectives attempting to describe how a component sounds, but I can say I like it very much, and consider it a big improvement over the 1098!
The first thing you notice is that the 1570 is a lot smaller and lighter than the 1098. The second, all those clunky relays have gone solid state. The best part is HDMI audio and switching, something I’ve been waiting for, so the cabling is very simple.
At first I was a bit disappointed with the picture quality. It took me a while to realise it was because my TV was also scaling. When I turned that off (in the TV, they call it "just scan"), the PQ became perfect for all source resolutions. So IMO the video up scaling works really well – something that the 1098 couldn’t do. Just make sure you only have one in the chain.
HDMI is slow to switch (due to the negotiation), although that’s possibly not the 1570's fault. But I hope Rotel can do something about the 3 second audio lock time.
Maybe someone with a better ear, and/or test equipment, could argue in favor of the 1098, but for me the newer unit more than matches it, and then some.- Mike

Sithlord, Thanks. The rack is a "Vantage Pro Euro Series" that I bought locally. It was originally a 4 shelf system however I was able to order a custom sized 7.5" add on.
The Standard spacing of it was 9.5" with the one 7.5" space. However to fit the Rotel 1095, I grabbed the feet poles (under the lowest shelf) and coupled them to give me a 12" space for the 1095. The 1095 is 9.5" tall so it now has 2.5" air space above it. It looks like plenty of room :T

This place Here sells them on line
Nice rack, Is there a 5 shelf version too? The one shown has 4 shelfs. Also what is the weight limit for each shelf?- Bottom

Here is my current setup. Just graduated college and moved back in with the parents for the time being so I just got all of my gear settled in. Slowly working on upgrading my stuff. Rotel RSP 1069 that is 1 week old, RMB 1075, 50" Sony 1080P DLP, JBL Northridge E90's for mains, EC35 center, and E30 rears. Not too bad for a 21 year old haha, but my dad says when I move out I get his Infinity Kappa 7.1 Series 2 speakers, which are really nice. Oh, and on the ceiling I have a vinyl pulldown window shade that works perfect for a cheap projector screen, so I can use the projector with the PS3 or the cable to get 1080i output, pretty sweet but will probably upgrade the screen soon, but right now its kindof a cash deal.
Next upgrades will be a better sub. Any suggestions? And possibly a lowboy stand that would fit 3 components wide so I can put the center channel in that. Then a few years down the road probably some B&W nautilus speakers, but until then....
I'm new here, any other skiers out there?

I was hoping you would post updated pics Kevin but was afraid to ask! Looks very nice! I am surprised you went with the 1570 at the bottom of your 15 series stack. From what I have head, it generates more heat than the Class D amps. I need to take some good pics of my updated setup. You too Nolan! I want to see that Classe amp.- Bottom
