    My participation....

I just wanted to let you all know that my wife's due very soon which means that my "spare" time that I can devote to Club Rotel is about to drop...at least for a little while. Now that the club's got a very strong and mature membership I'm positive things will continue to move along smoothly. I'll try and do my best to make sure questions get answered in a timely manner but I know even if I can't get to it one of the many other "guru's" will be able to step in and lend a helpping hand. Its very comforting to know we have so many friendly faces here at the guide to help the newbies and share with each other.

    Thanks guys wish me luck!

Congrat! My daughter is now 5 months old, and cutting my spare time seriously! I'm neglecting my HT now, but to see this little baby grow is the most incredible thing.

The toughest part is to lower the level of my Servo-15 when she is sleeping...

BTW, she sit down beside me, and can listen to 1 hour of a film without moving. Wow! She will probably register with Club Rotel soon!

I wish you the best luck and an easy delivery without complication.

You are doing a really nice job here, and are always a gentleman with everyone. Keep up the good work!
To spend more $$$ on electronics without first addressing room acoustics is fruitless IMO.

Congrats. Hey, wait a minute. Who's going to be our inside guy at Rotel? Been too quiet lately with minimal news from Rotel.

Wishing your wife a smooth delivery,

        Bob

                Congratulations Andrew!

                Boy? Girl? Not known yet?

Any chance you'll work Rotel into naming the little tike? Rotel makes for an odd first name but it might work as a middle name. Or perhaps you can do something like

                RSP-Billy Pratt
                RMB-Anna Pratt
                RCD-Eric Pratt
                Jamie 1066 Pratt

My first baby was born last night at 10:05 and weighed 6 lbs 7 oz. we're calling her Lauren Sarah Pratt and both mother and baby are doing fantastic. Its an amazing event that only people that have been though it will understand what I'm feeling right now.

Jonatha Brooke- you *should* know who she is...

I'm always on the lookout for interesting new music, but it's not very often I find an accomplished artist with as deep a repetoire as Jonatha Brooke, that somehow I've never stumbled across.

A friend from Missouri out here on business brought one of her early CD's "Grace in Gravity"...

Daughter moving out = spare room = new project
                                by dfg
My daughter is moving out this summer, which means I am free to start from scratch on a project in a spare bedroom. It is 13'x12' w/10' ceiling.

I am looking at a music only room with treatments, but also curious if that size is too small for home theater.

                                My amp will...
