prepro connections

any recommendations for some good-performing, but reasonably-priced, connections to place between my 1066 and 1095?

by reasonably-priced, i'm not sure i could swing past the wife more than $100 per pair. even if your suggestions may be significantly less than that number, however, if you think that they perform well for what i want, then feel free to add. i'm in the research stage, with my 1066 and 1095 due in this week, so i need to order fairly soon.

Take a look at these Audioquest cables from this site. They are excellent cables at a great price. Maybe they'll even make your wife happy as well.
I have had great luck dealing with these people in the past.

I'm very happy with the CatCables / Quantum / Zeuss cables that I use for interconnects. Since I'm using SACD and DVD-A in concert with the Sony TA-P9000, I've got a lot of them (40 or so). The build quality, look and finish of the cables is excellent.

Perhaps more importantly, Doug (Lex) worked very hard to make me happy. He worked within my budget and he allowed me to customize the interconnects to a significant extent. Check out the CATCables link at the bottom of the page.

I'm running Audioquest Corral's. I think they were around $370-$400 for a set of 5 1m. Overall not a bad cable for the price.
