What is a 12 volt trigger cable and where are they usually found? I'd like to get one for my amp but, have no idea what they look like.

On the Rotels they're simple a mono 1/8" headphone type cable that you should be able to find at any radio shack etc.

An 1/8" (3.5 mm) Stereo cable will work as well. I actually got mine at Target. Just happened to be there getting a PS2 game for the kids, and decided to take a look over in their audio cable (term used loosely) section. That's where I found my high quality, low noise, gold plated, 6ft, stereo cable. :T

I picked up my brand new RSP-1068 Saturday, replacing an old RTC-970. In the process of hooking everything up, i discovered there are no power outlets on the back of the 1068, so I had no way to trigger my RLC-900 to turn on/off. I have an external amp I would like to use with my RX1050 stereo receiver - using the RX1050 as a pre-amp. I am using the pre-out to connect it to the amp and it is working well. I'd like to use a 12 v trigger from my Rotel 1098 to a Pioneer DV-45A Elite DVD Player. I can't find any information about Pioneers trigger in. Is this some Pioneer proprietary thing or is it 12 Volt trigger compatible?
