What is a 12 volt trigger cable and where are they usually found? I'd like to get one for my amp but, have no idea what they look like. -

What cable if any comes with the Rotel amps or preamps to trigger the amp on and off? If none is included with the amp or pre, where can you get an appropriate cable from the 1056 receiver to the Rotel amp? :P
