    Thanks Andrew

For once I can say I am lucky to live in Winnipeg.
Thanks Andrew for upgrading my 1055 to the latest firmware and giving me a tour of your HT. Very impressive room and sound sys BTW.

DIY Speakers for a Panisonic CD/Radio SYS
        by bobhowell
I gave my wife a CD and Radio SYS, Panisonic- SA-PM53, several years ago. It has two speakers rated 6ohms each, but they are connected in a strange way. A set of connections go to the woofer, and a separate set to the tweeter. So are they customed to the system, with the crossover in the receiver side?...

A cautionary tale of summer travel and "summer colds".

Recently we traveled to Seattle to visit wife's daughter's family there- just a short stop over, driving on Thursday, staying on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and driving home on Monday.

It was a good opportunity to connect in person with extended conversation- many folks are not really...

        by Lex
Guys, he gave a lot to Rotel here, effectively starting the club. But Andrew has decided to move on, not from HTG, he'll still be around as moderator to answer questions in other areas, and who knows may still pop in to lend an assist in Club Rotel (I hope), but with a toddler and a new baby, as well...

        Summer HT Usage
        by George Bellefontaine
I do not use my home theater as much in the summer months as I do the rest of the year. In my part of the country, you're lucky to get three months of summer and sunshine, and I don't like to waste any of that sitting in a darkened room. I'm sure those of you in more southern climes are not affected...
