    Rotel 1067 Center Channel Issues.

Hi. I have recently experienced a sudden volume drop in my center channel. ( I believe it happened after a heavy night of volume topping music listening) I have to have the CC gain at Max and the rest of the speakers set to around -6 in order to balance it out. And that still doesnt really work. I switched the CC to determine if it was the speaker. Then switched the R with the C in the output and ran the test tone. It is definitely a channel problem. Does anyone know if this is a simple capacitor issue that I can fix? I am savvy enough to, and have replaced components in other electrical equipment. Or, is my amp dead and or dying, and I need to find a new one. Thank you for your answers in advance!!
    Cheers.

Yet another question about RSX-1067 hiss/pop
    by rotelnyc2
    Hey all!

I'm a first time Rotel owner, been eyeing the RSX since the introduction of the 1065. First off, I did find a good amount of info on the hiss/pop issue amongst the threads, but didn't find much info on my questions and issues specifically so I decided to start a new thread,...

Stumbled across this forum a couple of weeks ago after upgrading from a Denon 3802 to an RSX-1067. Thanks for creating such a fabulous resource on Rotel equipment. I've read through many of the past threads concerning the 1067 and subs but still have some questions.

    I have the RSX-1067,...

    Hello,
I am new to this forum. I am an audiophile with some restrictions to my location - I live in Brooklyn so space is limited, hence the need for smaller Quad Bookshelf speakers and the need to use a Sunfire Subwoofer even though I normally never use Subs. That being said here's where things...

    1050-E,1067,1080 Muffled Sound, Low Volume
    by lars
    Hello All,

I haven't been very happy with the sound from my setup, so as a last ditch effort (because I just didn't want to believe the problem is my 1067), I tried connecting a 500 Euro Yamaha receiver and, rather unfortnately, it sounded considerably better than my considerably more...

    2 Channel on 1067
    by lars
    Hello All,

If I have 2 channel PCM coming into the multis (FR, FL) on the 1067 from my DVD-A player (using only a 2 channel CD), should I be seeing 120/channel, or are all 7 channels being driven anyway? (all the speaker indications are active, since it's multi) -

    Secondary...
