Yesterday, Verizon came and installed my FIOS TV service and setup my DVR's and STB's and it looked like everything was working fine until we attached the HDMI from the Home Media DVR (7216) to my new RSP-1570. Hate to join the "my 1570 and HDMI don't play well together club", but I'm having real issues. I have a HR-10-250 HD TiVo connected via nothing but an an HDMI cable to my brand new RSP-1570. A good 50% of the time I get no audio. Reset all kinds of poop, reboot the TiVo, turn all kinds... -

I've had my Rotel RSP-1098 for 7 years now. It has served me very well. I'm moving to an all HDMI setup and contemplating replacing the RSP-1098 with a new HDMI capable processor. I would keep my RMB-1075 and RB-1070 power amps (Current Equipment) .
