Hi I googled Rotel RAP-1580 at the picture side and somewhere amongst thete was this picture. I think it is a Russian side called topsy or something like that.
It might be from the Moscow hifi & high end show.

At first I thought it was the newer CD14 but then I realized this photo has the same exact look of the 15 series. I dunno...maybe an upcoming RCD-1580 in the works?

Looks like the new RCD-1572, just announced today.

You are correct. Not sure why I thought today was the 18th...

The new RC-1572 and RA-1572 will accompany the RCD-1572.

Do you know if B&W are showing something new?

Thanks Kevin. I wonder if the new RCD-1572 will utilize two Wolfson DACS (one per channel) much like the RDD-1580 does? I believe the RCD-1570 and the older 1520 only used one dac for both the left and right channels.

Aesthetically, the slot loading mechanism has been replaced by a tray loading mechanism. Was there any issues with the slot loading mechanism feature or is this just purely an aesthetic decision by Rotel?
