Question about Rotel RSX - 1562

I will assume that you are sending the signal to your Rotel Via HDMI??. You might want to try going into the Rotel menu and pull up the channel that you use for your BD player. In the options for that channel, you choose what format you wish it to default to (ie...stereo, mono, 5ch stereo etc.). Try fiddling with that and see what happens and let me know?.Dan Madden :T- Bottom

Hmmmm well, I have an Oppo BR Player.
Nothing seems to work as it should as far as a english dolby digital mono track.
Under device set up there is the HDMI CEC w/the choices HDMI 1, HDMI 1 (limited), HDMI 2, HDMI 2 (limited), and OFF.
I have my BR Player currently going through my video 2 output.
Also, from time to time the audio on my tv clips out when a commercial or program changes on the same channel.
A commercial will come on and then when the next one hits the audio will clip out and the display for that particular type of audio will show."The important thing is not to say democracy's a myth in our country. 1.) Does it make sense to upgrade? I think there's a good chance...-

by wildpanda86I have an RSX 1550 with a full 5.1 speaker setup consisting of B&W 683's and it's matching HTM61 center.
I was curious about upgrading to an RSX-1560 or 1562 so I can bi-amp my 683's to get an improvement when listening to 2 channel audio from my CD source (an Oppo BDP-95) & Projekt...-

by Chris DQuite a thread title, I guess. Perhaps I should subtitle it, "or how I learned to stop worrying and love the bomb... I mean, theater."
As the title says, I've added HDMI 1.3 audio decoding to my home theater, centered around the Parasound C1 home theater controller. As...-

by Chris DI wish I could make this non-model specific, but so far, this is all I know of actually delivering to consumers. Got an Integra press release today.
Looks AMAZING for only $800! Note the deep color capability, Audyssey room correction, HDMI upconversion, and HD audio decoding!

by ray5Hi!
What is the difference between the prior Class D amps versus the current 15 series, eg: 1072 and 1562 or
1085 and 1565?
They are rated the same and both are Class D. So what is the difference?
