    hello all,

i pulled this old processor out and i have an issue with the power button. if pushed off very hard to come back on, so i unplugged it and that seemed to work. is this a major $$$ to be fixed. i'm setting up a 2-channel system and want to use the rsp-985 & rmb-985 & a rb-985mkii amp with energy rc-30 speakers,

Help in setting Speaker dimension on RSP985
    by htmad
I am new to the Rotel world, I have recently bought a RSP985, accompanied by what in my opinion is a very poor manual. Everything is still to be connected together (I am waiting for a HT room to be made available), so I didn't go yet through the ultimate step: try and hear...

    rsx1067 vs rsp1068/rb993/rb985mkII
    by JRambo
Hi, I recently read in a home-theater magazine that the Rotel rsx1067 was their first choice in the heavy-receiver class.. How will this receiver compare to a setup with rsp1068, rb993 and rb985mkII, when it comes to sound quality, as the price for these two setups will be about the same..

    by ht_addict
Currently I have the Marantz AV560U pre/pro but have the oportunity to get a Rotel RSP985(for $800CDN) if I can sell my pre. Would it be worth it even though I'm going from one DD/DTS pre to another. Figure it would cost me $100-200 out of pocket if I sell mine(Checkout out Pawnshop for ad). Would love...

    B&W 805 with a pushed in tweeter
    by stringzz
    Hi there,

Does anyone know if a pushed in tweeter would effect sound. Actually, I took the tweeter apart and pushed it back out from behind. Now it looks like a wrinkled alum tweeter, but I got it back to it's original shape as best as possible without ripping it.

    It is...

How to fix your pushed in tweeter (EASY FIX!)
    by hockey_101
Grab a roll of duct tape and place the tape over the dent on the tweeter then pull it off slowly and the tweeter should pop back out and be much more presentable than a pushed in tweeter.. If you need more pulling power, try pulling at an angle or heating up the duct tape a little bit with a blow dryer...
