How to fix your pushed in tweeter (EASY FIX!)

Grab a roll of duct tape and place the tape over the dent on the tweeter then pull it off slowly and the tweeter should pop back out and be much more presentable than a pushed in tweeter.. If you need more pulling power, try pulling at an angle or heating up the duct tape a little bit with a blow dryer or heat gun once it is on the tweeter. This allows it to stick a little better. I have used this method with several of my speakers and it works very well! Good luck!

I pulled out an aluminum tweeter on a B&W XTC center channel with a piece of 3m double sided tape.

I have cut the top off a drinks bottle and sucked the tweeter back out in the past. Just don't let anyone catch you doing it!

              Thanks for the fix.
But I must say in quite a few years it only happened to me once that the tweeter was pushed in.
If you don't mind: How comes that you had to use the method several times?

Like to ask does it damage one? Would it be worth to buy a used speaker cheap sight unseen offline with push in tweeters?

I can say that the aluminum tweeters in my Paradigms will dimple if overdriven (clipping).
