This is no April Fools Joke folks. During the next couple of days, we will be picking a day to migrate HTGuide to a new server. We will have the same reliable service we have always had, as we are not changing Hosting Services, only moving to a new updated state of the art server! Support is working to coordinate things right now.
We will announce the date of migration from old server to the new server in due time. We hope to minimize downtime while the DNS propagates to our new IP address, and service is restored. But some downtime is inevitable.
Marantz AV560U to Rotel RSP985. Is the side step worth it
Marantz AV560U to Rotel RSP985. Is the side step worth it
Currently I have the Marantz AV560U pre/pro but have the oportunity to get a Rotel RSP985(for $800CDN) if I can sell my pre. Would it be worth it even though I'm going from one DD/DTS pre to another. Figure it would cost me $100-200 out of pocket if I sell mine(Checkout out Pawnshop for ad). Would love to go all Rotel but unfortuantely I can't afford the 1066 or 1098 for a while. Figure it would be a perfect match for my 1095.

I just recently bought an RSX-1067 and RCD-1072 CD player. I'm really loving the sound and enjoying the music right now...at least for the most part. For my main speakers, I have Axiom M80's ti's (excellent speaker btw), which run at 4 ohms. Now the 1067 will physically drive...
I'm considering purchase of a Rotel RSP-1066 pre-pro with 1075 amp, but the 1066 doesn't have enough HD component video inputs for my needs, it only has 2. I've identified the Audio Authority 1154 component video switch as a strong possibility to add to the 1066. The AA has 4 HD component video inputs,...
