I assume launch info at CES. Have I missed anything since the CEDIA preview?

Nope. I believe the biggest hurdle right now is perfecting the internet tuner side of things. We're still waiting for the base tuner and the integrated 2ch tuner to start shipping as well.

I am waiting to see the RCX-1500 too. I hope they decide to incorporate the USB iPod connection into the RSP-1580 as well.

It was at Cedia.. Unfortunately it was front and center. I did mention they might want to have one in the back.

I must be confused, or someone else maybe confused as I just saw two websites in Australia announcing the release of the Rotel RSP1580 in Australia for sale now , retail $4,199 Aust(RRP). I thought it had been effectively canned!!!

Just curious if anyone else has experienced the same glitch as I have with the RT-1080 tuner + 1068 remote (RR-1050). I don't suspect there is any fix for it, but doesn't hurt to ask.
I blank out the display of the RT-1080 tuner by holding down the "display" button on the tuner... -
Haven't found any threads about Rotel DAB Tuner RT-06.
I have a Rotel RA-03 amp and RCD-02 cd player, with B&W 603Ss. Wanted to know what the experience has been with the above tuner - it is quite a lot more expensive than quite a few other brands, and I did read one complaint about... -
It just rubbs me the wrong way to trust UPS with a large expensive thing like a new plasma TV. But I guess its done all the time. Theres a much nicer selection on-line than at CC or BB, so I'm tempted. Any thoughts on this? Has anyone bought on-line?
Also why pay hundreds more for a built...
