I am considering a new HT system using Totem Forest Speaker for fronts and rears. Which multichannel amplifier would be the best to power these very inefficient speakers to see their best performance.

No center channel?
All movies, no 2ch or multi-ch music?
No budget?
Hard question to answer.
I normally recommend getting the best 2 ch amp you can afford for the front mains, and build from there.
OTOH, those who concentrate on HT might suggest the best 3 ch amp you can afford for your front left, right & center, though I would never for speak others.

Can someone compare these Parasound models with the newest Rotel "ICE" powered amplifiers as to sound quality and overall performance. I will be using with Totem Forest speakers. Would the A51 or the A52 be a better match for these speakers?

Well I always was wondering how much DIY speakers would compare to store bought types. I was at A & B Sound this past weekend and they sell Totem . They also had the drivers and x-overs out for display to show what they look like. The one driver they had was a HiVi D6.8 which they use in their Forest....
