RSP 1068 & Paradigm

Hello All,

Paradigm Studio 100s V2 & Sub woofer With a Rotel RSP-1068 processor.
What's your recommendation for the best 2-channel sound?
SPEAKERS: LARGE OR SMALL
CROSSOVER SETTING

I listen to jazz with a Rotel CD player.

You need a subwoofer with Studio 100s for jazz? I would set the speakers to large and the crossover pretty low , maybe 50 or so. IMO

if i use the "large" setting, will the sub come one? i thought "small" sub come on/ "large" no sub.

I have a 1069 and studio 100s v3, I run analog cables from rotel cdp 1072. 1069 is set to by-pass no subs. If using the large setting for speakers set the sub to max. If using the small setting try starting as low as 40hz and then work your way up to you find the best setting for you. Good luck

The sub should work with the speakers set to large , it will just be attenuated based on the assumption/setting. The nice thing about good gear is it presumes you have decent speakers-and you do.
