1056 - Differing Levels Between Inputs

    Hi All

Long time lurker, first time poster.

All inputs to my 1056 are either optical or coax digital, which is fine, except when I change from one of my sources to the tuner. When I do so, the level of the tuner significantly exceeds that of the other inputs.

Have I set something up wrong? There's not output level adjustment on the digital outputs of the other gear, so why is it coming thought he amp so softly?

    Thanks in advance.

    1056 Tuner Problem
    by Pwoida
I've had my RSX-1056 for a few months now but have only just tried listening to the radio. Neither AM nor FM can pick up any channels, even when a known station frequency is selected. Both included antennae are connected and I've also tried connecting the FM antenna input to the one on the roof. A cheap...

    RSX-1056 - A review
    by stantheman2
As promised, here is a more detailed review of my RSX-1056. I've had it over two weeks, and have spent most of my free time listening to music and watching DVDS using the 1056. That's perhaps testimony enough to the overall sonic quality of the 1056 - I'd rather listen through it than spend my free...

Rotel 1056 or 1058? Help me out here.
    by Tarheel72
My trusty Harman Kardon AVR635 seems to have given up the ghost. I am looking at these two older model Rotel's as potential replacements but think I might have some issues. I currently run all video direct to the display (BR, Cable, xBox) and use digital audio inputs for the cable and xBox and analog...

    RSX-1056: 7.1 analog input for Blu-Ray
    by fvoelling
    Hi,

I've been running a 1056 with a 7.1 speaker setup for a couple of years now, and started watching Blu-Ray movies from a PS3 80GB model last year. The PS3 is connected to the 1056 with digital coax and component.

Since my current setup is limited to 5.1 and 6.1, both...

Annoying cross-talk between analogue inputs (Tuner/CD/Tape) in RSP-1066

In my current set-up I’ve a Rotel RCD-1070 player connect via CD analogue input on RSP-1066. If then a select the Tuner (without anything connected to the respective input) and then increase the volume I can hear...
