    Newbie Question

Hi all, I was wondering would it be alright to hook up one set of speakers(fronts) to a 2 channel amp for listening to music and also have the same set of speakers hooked up to a 5 channel amp for HT applications. I am basically trying to use one set of speakers to do two things but at seperate times. Thanks, Roteller.

No, you would need to swap the cables between the two or get a switcher.

        by impala454
I have a pretty hefty bandpass box with two 10"s that I'm currently using for my sub. It's a box mostly meant for car audio competitions but right now it's filling in for HT duty until I get something else built. It has two 4Ω drivers and I can wire them however I need to (they are arranged...
