Group Delay not working?

I am playing a SD DVD upconvert through a HDAX2 via 5ch analog.
I am getting a lip sync problem.
I read in the manual I can adjust the Rotel (RSX1056) by pressing the "C" button twice - then use the arrows up/down.
When I press the C button once it displays the sound level adjustment only.
This is correct.
When I press C twice it still only displays the sound level adjustment.

What do I need to do to get into the sync/group delay setting?

The group delay is part of the DSP engine. When you use the multi channel input you bypass the DSP so the group delay will not work.

There should be an option in the setup of the HDXA2 to set a lip synch delay to adjust for that (I believe).
