    A question about the Ref 20

    Was the Ref 20 also supposed to be upgradable as is the Ref 30?

    If so...now that the 30 has been on the market for quite some time, have they received an upgrade?

    I am very interested in the answer to this question, especially if the 20 was advertised with the same "upgrade" marketing.

      The Ref 10/20 and AVR 202 and 101 are all being upgraded starting Oct 1st. That is when RA's will go out.

          Thanks for the very comforting info! I couldn't afford a Theta or Meridian anyway!

          Any idea just how close to a Ref 30 the 20 can get with this upgrade?

              They will get everything (dac, adc, dsp, etc) except the component video switching.
