Looks awesome. I will be saving these pictures for future reference when I finally get to build my own. Great job!

How well do the 360 controllers work from your seating position?

                    360

EDS, there has not been a prob with the wireless controllers.
I am thinking about getting an IR repeater to mount under the screen and back to the rack.
I'm using a Harmony 880 and it likes to be pointed to the rack....

                      Woo Wooooo,

Nice looking setup, what are we watching and what time do you want us all to stop by? I'll bring the popcorn! :W

What are your speakers? Did I miss it, do you get the Rotel power conditioner? How's it work if you did?

Have fun with the set up!

                                    Woo Wooooo,

Very nicely done indeed! May I also suggest auditioning the new JL Audio Fathom subs before deciding on the Velodyne's impressive DD series. I just purchased one (JL Audio Fathom f113) myself last week when all along I was bent upon going with a DD-15 and/or DD-18. It only took one 45 minutes of running the JL sub through my test tracks to know it was the ONE for me. Don't get me wrong. I am not saying Velodyne's DD's are bad but IMHO others do deserve a listen to when going > $2500. Good luck with whatever sub you decide to replace/upgrade the B&W ASW 750 with.

I will certainly change the ceiling colour, to look something like the image I posted here. Maybe not that colour, but get the "picture".

Using color on walls (or ceiling) can make the image hard to calibrate. I would paint the ceiling in matte gray.

If you are adding a blu-ray player, then you may consider changing the RSP 1098. You can upgrade it to something that can handle the lossless audio formats. The upcoming 15 series processor will fit right in, but you may need to alter your rack to accommodate.

In a similar spirit, is your Sony projector 1080P? If not, then I would think about changing that as well.

A very nice theater. As someone who finished an HT room this spring, I appreciate all the effort that went into it.

I am in agreement with others that suggest that at least the ceiling be a darker color. Mine is actually flat black. Overall, my room is pretty dark. I had no issues calibrating my projector.

Also, there are a couple of acoustic treatments that will enhance your theater. Two are cheap and easy (the best kind!). Put 10 inch 60 degree triangles made out of artist matte in the upper corners. Attach them with push pins.

The next treatment I would do would be a ceiling absorber. There is more blare coming from a ceiling than I thought. I actually bought a product (from Real Traps) and it works very well. I'm sure you could make one. I'm sure the DIY section would be helpful.

Finally, in the back of my HT room, I put a book case right on the back wall. This acts as a diffuser for the sound coming from the front three to the back of the room. The rear channels are better performers after this. It only cost me the time to move it.

                                                                                          I've attached pictures
