    RSX-1056 input levels?

I've been through all the setup menus but I can't find a place to adjust input levels. I'd like to level match at least all of my analog components. I know the digital one's are handled by the surround mode custom setup but I can't find the analog input trims.

It doesn't exist. Rotel doesn't have input level adjustments on any of the 10 series units.

Not sure what you are changing for digital inputs, but I'm 99% sure there's no input level adjustment for those either.

I must have been confused, I checked the advanced setup menu for the speakers and the choices there are small/large for each surround mode. The subwoofer can have different levels for each surround mode, also. Too bad, input trim is a handy feature.

Yes it is. The RSP-985 had it. We'll have to see if the new TI chip in the 1058 has some of our requested features.

How to set levels for rear surround speakers?
          by jakermc
I finally got around to adding rear surround speakers to bring the system up to 7.1 and I have a few questions:

How has everyone gone about setting the speaker levels for proper playback levels. I remember hearing somewhere that adding the rear speakers doubles the volume output in reference...

Anyone seen the Parasound Halo Pre-Pro Yet?

Because I'm a pretty hard core video nut at heart, as well as more than a little out in left field on the audio side, I'm not generally one to get worked up over Pre-Pro's - most don't offer a combination of technology that hit's on all cylinders for me... 7.1 or 9.1 or whatever doesn't really count...

Well over this Christmas I set out to build a HT for the bedroom. My wife wanted to watch some of her DVD's and VCD's in the comforts of the bedroom, well so did I. The problem was our existing TV did not have any inputs of any kind. So what we needed was a small TV with video and audio inputs and a...
