What do you think: RMB-1095 or 1075

Hi all.

I'm setting up a home theater in a medium sized room (15 X 23 ft) and am looking for an amp to power 4 803s and an HTM3. Powered sub will handle the bass. I'm not planning to blast down the walls, but an very interested to hear what people think about needing 200W vs. 120W to drive the B&Ws. Do I need that much power? Will it add anything? Is the extra power work the added $? What do the experts think? ;x(

Yeah, with 803's you'll be happier with the 1095. :T It will help bring out more of what they have to offer.

Better to have lots of headroom than need more power. 1095 is the way to go!

Without hesitation : go for the 1095 - definitely a monster !

The 1095 has less than 3db of added headroom which is not much, esp since you have a powered sub for the bass, and it costs double the 1075. If you cannot compare them in your home, or have no ability to return the amp after purchase, I would get the 1095 to be safe. Otherwise, I would get the 1075 and see how it works in your system.

Budget choice: 1075. But the 803 deserve better!
Better choice for stereo listening & concerts: 3*1080 instead of one 1095.

Nothing to consider! 1090 + sothing else for stereo, or at least 1095, but 803 would sound sooooo much better wiht more power.
My 804 opened up like nothing ever heared before with Bryston 4B-SST.

I bought the Studio 100's, CC-690, Studio 20's and added the 1095..
Simply flawless.. Go Big or Go Home...

Seriously My 100's sound excellent tons of Headroom...
First night my ears were seriously hurting cause I just couldn't get myself to turn it down it sounded so clean above ref. levels..
Got mine used off audiogon....
