    No 1068 input level trim?

Unless I'm missing something, isn't this a fairly common good processor feature?

Love it anyway but wish it had this...

    Thanks for any info.

I have no idea why you'd want to alter the input but its got output trim

You would want it to match different sources, so one isn't louder then another. It's a commonly requested feature that will hopefully be on the next models.

        Thanks...

I guess I knew the answer but still wanted to check. It has really only been a problem now that I use a Squeezebox (wonderful!) and would like to avoid using its digital volume control.

1068 Component Input - Composite Zone 2 Output?
          by Stevebez
Is it possible to have component input to 1068, and have a composite output to zone 2? I.e. if ever you wanted to watch DVD in second Zone.

RSP-1068 standby mode & optical input glitches

I upgraded my hifi gears to Rotels in June. The RSP-1068 was an obvious choice and tested it with RMB-1075 amp too. However the RMB-1075 and my speaker setup (Amphion Argon 2) didn't bring the same feel of sensation as Genelec active speakers, so my RSP-1068 is now connected to a nice set of Genelec...

So the other day (tues) I was in the basement staining the floor boards and listening to some tunes as I worked. A late afternoon storm quickly passed through the area. Rained perhaps about 10 mins but it came down hard and there was thunder and lightening.

          The lights flickered on...

          1066 vs 1068
          by mrVoodoo
Hi all, my first post and I could use some quick help here. Upgrading from my current setup to a 1066 or 1068. Now the 1068 will obviously be more expensive, but how much of an improvment would it be?

My priorities are first of that it sounds good in 2ch, is there a great deal of differance...
