Catch 22 when programming RR-1050 remote

    Catch 22 when programming RR-1050 remote

    I have programmed the Video2 page on my RR-1050 to control my freeview box, but I want the volume buttons to control the amplifier (RSP-1068) volume instead. However, I'm a bit stuck, as of course I can only transmit the correct infrared codes for the amp from the other page ("Aud") of the programmable remote!

    Is there a way to copy the correct codes between the pages, or am I going to have to find another remote to copy from?

      As far as I know the 6 buttons in the white field always control the amplifier.
      If not then you have programmed another function on the volume buttons when V2 is engaged.

      The solution is to reset it.

          Or go to your dealer and learn it from their remote.
