    Art,

I've had as rsx1055 for about a year. Not sure what your refering to when you say rear tone controls. Are you referring to speaker level adjustment or possibly rear speaker size input (small or large) for dolby surround. Please clarify and I'll try to help you out!

      Bi-amping with RSX-1055 and RMB-1075
      by 4_everyman
I want to use an RMB-1075 in a bi-amp configuration to drive my center front and center back speakers. The speakers are Polk CSi40s and they have two sets of terminals, so they are bi-amp/bi-wire capable. My receiver is an RSX-1055.

The RSX-1055 has two center channel pre-amp outputs...

      RSX-1065 Issues

Like the RSP-1066/RSX-1055 the RSX-1065 also has some point that need to be enhanced or fixed.

The RSX-1065 has some flaws in decoding the sound format.
