anybody blow the digital card on the 1098 after eprom upgrade ????? I had to have the digital card replaced (no sound on digital outs) by my dealer ,never worked after upgrade, just wundering if anybody else had this problem?

No Problems, did 1 through 4 to be safe and it's working fine. Use digital out to DAC for sattelite TV and it works fine.

Hi Michael,
If you have a look back through the posts when the first set of EPROM upgrades where released by Rotel (for PLIIx) you will see a couple of cases where the digital card in people's RSP-1098 had to be replaced after an EPROM upgrade.
