    Back in the saddle, baby!

    My pre/pro came back from Rotel today, woohoo. Luckily, those apes at UPS treated the box fairly decent, it appears. Bass management mod done, video bandwidth expanded, firmware upgraded (1.43 to 2.26), unit got a QC check and a clean bill of health. Turnaround time: 8 days. Making it all sweeter is my Tripplite surge protector/noise filter came today too. And just in time for LOTR: The Two Towers. Should be getting the Denon 2900 next week and no double bass to worry about. It's all good.

          After hearing horror stories on how slow some companies are, that turnaround time is very impressive.

              Yep, nice quick turnaround. UPS ground shipping between NYC and North Reading is only one day, which helped too. And kudos to Mike for putting up with my nagging. :LOL:
