    1056 and a Denon 2900 DVD

I'm thinking about replacing my current DVD player with a Denon 2900. My primary goal is improved picture quality on a Mits RPTV 65813. I currently run my video signals through the 1056. For the sake of wiring simplicity I'd like to continue to use the receiver as a video switch. But not at the cost of video signal degradation. Is this a valid concern?

The 1056 should pose a problem as far a video quality goes so long as you use quality cables on both runs.

denon dvd 2900 vs. denon dvd 2200
        by billy0544
What are the main differences between the denon dvd 2900 and dvd 2200? I recently compared the Rotel rdv 1050 and denon 2910. But from what I have read most of you feel the 2900 is the best option. I already have a Rotel rsx-1056 and rb-1080 and rb991. I looking for a good dvd player for movies and...

Hello fellow AVSforumners. I am in a dilemma and I need your expertise. I am torn between these four players and I cannot make up my mind. I just want to make the right decision. All these players I can probably get for about the same price. I just found the Pioneer 47ai for $550 and I think it is a...

Components out from RDV 1060 thru RSX 1056
        by Vicente
        Hello everybody.

As I just bought a Mitsubishi HC3000 projector (resolution up to 1080i), I changed the components connections from directly from the RDV1060 to the projector, to pass through the RSX 1056 so I could connect some more devices to the pj with the same cable.

        1056, 1067 video up conversion??
        by Noddy
I have replaced my yamaha 2400 receiver which upconverted all sources to component and did a nice job of it too.

Now i have a Rotel 1056 receiver and my wife and i thought we could get by with our digital tv not being up converted to component on a 100" screen but after a couple...

ATI Radeon DDR 32 MB Video Card

Not obviously an audio or video device for home theater, this video card, nonetheless, is rapidly becoming a favorite for HTPC (Home Theater Personal Computers) due to it's remarkable image quality for DVD.

There are numerous configurations of the Radeon Video card, including a 64MB...
