Rotel RSX-1056 and KEF speakers

    Rotel RSX-1056 and KEF speakers

    Hi to everybody,

    following the recent purchase of a RSX-1056 / RDV-1060, I am now thinking about replacing my current Onkyo speakers.

    I am looking for a 5.1 system, and I saw and listened to the KEF KHT-5005, it sounded good to me, and made my wife happy 'cause not too big and actually really stylish.

    I would like to know your feeling about KEF products in general, and the KHT-5005 in particular. On the spec side, it seems to match beautifully the Rotel gears... Does anybody know what they sound like ?

      I have an rb1050 just laying around right now and was contemplating adding it to my rsx1056.The rsx1056 is rated at 100x2,the rb1050 70x2.Would it even be worth the trouble adding the 1050 to the rsx1056 for the fronts.Would i notice anything being the amp is rated lower.I just hate to get to the rear...
