RSP 1066 loses all settings twice

    RSP 1066 loses all settings twice

    After 2 1/2 years of problem-free use, my RSP 1066 prepro lost all settings one week ago. No idea why, no obvious reasons like power outage. Today it happened again. I changed recently the power amp which should not make any difference. I did not change anything else in my setup. Any ideas why? how to prevent this in the future?

    Help would be very much appreciated.

      Have you went through the menu and selected user default to yes? This may or may not help with the problem of losing the settings.

          you mean the remembered user settings? All gone.
