Rotel DVD Players- Firmware Updates

Do Rotel release firmware updates for their DVD players?

I notice that other companies release updates, but never seen any for Rotel.

Just interested really.

The 1060 has had several updates and needs one or two more to be perfect. As for the 1040 & 1050, not yet.

I looked at Rotels website. There doesn't seem to be any updates for the 1060. Also, how do you tell which version is on the player. Is it the same way as on the RSP-168.

The updates are via a CD-R with the firmware on it. (there is no computer I/O on the DVD player).
