Rdv 1080 and 1066-Anyone have similar prob?

    Rdv 1080 and 1066-Anyone have similar prob?

    Hey all, has anyone had a problem with the 1066 actually knowing a hdcd disk is playing in the 1080? I have another cd player hooked up to the 1066 via digital and any hdcd disk i use.. the 1066 displays hdcd. Using the 1080 with the same disk.. no dice.


    Using the 1080 bitstream/pcm option in the audio menu
    using a tributaries digital coax from the 1080 to the 1066 (tried other cables too)

    Just cant get this thing to work!..

    Wondering if anyone has similar problems with the 1080 or maybe I just may have a defective unit.

    Any help would be great.. thx in advance.
